In this episode, I’m opening up about the two kinds of grief that shaped me most: the grief everyone recognized when my father died, and the grief no one saw when I miscarried.
We explore how silent losses live in the body, how they change us, and why honoring them is essential for healing. I share the rituals that helped me begin to feel safe in my own body again, and how grief ultimately led me into the deeper healing work I do today.
You’ll also receive a simple Grief Recognition Ritual you can use for any loss — a baby, a parent, a friend, or a former version of yourself.
This is an episode for anyone carrying grief quietly, wondering if it counts.
It does. You do.

If you’ve lived through more than one miscarriage, you already know: it’s not “just grief.” It’s trauma. Trauma that rewires your nervous system to expect devastation before there’s even proof of it. Trauma that turns joy into dread and makes every doctor’s shrug or sigh feel like another wound.
In this episode, I speak to your experience — the invisible weight of repeated loss, the questions that cut deep, and the dismissal that leaves you feeling unseen. You’ll hear an excerpt from my book Screaming Into the Void that puts words to what so many of us have carried silently, and I’ll guide you through a ritual to acknowledge your body and your babies with compassion.
If no one has told you yet: you are not broken. You are not too much. You are not alone. You deserve care that matches the depth of what you’ve survived.

Grief needs more than words — it needs ritual.
In this episode, I share how traditional religious practices gave me structure in the early years of my losses, but also kept my grief hidden and intellectualized. It wasn’t until I experienced energy healing for the first time that something shifted — opening the doorway to embodied remembrance and the power of ritual.
We’ll explore why ritual matters, how it gives grief dignity, and how simple practices like lighting a candle, writing a letter, or placing a hand over your heart can create space for grief to move. Ritual doesn’t erase loss — it honors it. It says: This mattered. I matter.
Join me as we talk about carrying grief differently, with reverence, remembrance, and possibility.

Silence can feel safer than speaking — especially when your story carries grief, loss, or trauma that others don’t want to hear. But silence also isolates. In this episode, I talk about what it costs to stay quiet, why breaking that silence matters, and how finding language for your lived experience becomes the first act of healing.
This isn’t about shouting your story from the rooftops. It’s about reclaiming your voice, honoring what’s true, and refusing to carry the weight of grief alone. Because when silence breaks, shame begins to loosen its grip — and space opens for connection, compassion, and possibility.

Hope sounds like it should be enough, but after repeated loss it often leaves you split — hoping with your mind while bracing with your body. In this episode, I talk about the grip of desperation energy, why it keeps you stuck in survival mode, and how possibility offers something softer, steadier, and more life-giving. Through remembrance, ritual, and nervous system repair, you’ll learn how to carry grief differently and make space for life to return.

Grief doesn’t just live in our memory—it imprints itself into the body, the nervous system, and the way we move through life.
In this episode, I share what I mean when I say grief leaves an imprint. We’ll explore how loss shows up in breath, posture, relationships, and energy—and why giving language to it is the only way to stop carrying it in silence.
If you’ve ever felt like loss changed the way you exist in the world, this conversation will remind you that you are not alone—and that what feels unspoken in you deserves to be witnessed.
